Weekend Workshops

Held in Adelaide, Hobart, Oak Beach, Sydney and Byron Bay (and wherever else Rosie is invited to share)

Saturday and Sunday - 9.30am - 5pm

Each weekend is unique and always new. They include an introduction and are open to those new and those experienced in The Work. Over the years we have found that just sitting in The Work for a weekend brings new awareness and understandings. The wisdom that lies inside each of us finds its way into our understanding. The weekends are experiential and your participation is what creates the magic. If you are new to The Work you will gain a grounding in this inquiry and if The Work isn’t so new to you, You will deepen in your own inquiry. You also have opportunity to offer this inquiry to others and discover a tool that you can not only utilize yourself but one you can share with others. It is a true gift we give ourselves to share and be with others in this inquiry.

Titles and focus for the weekends include but are not limited to : ‘Loving What Is’, ‘Freeing Yourself in Relationships’, ‘Opening to True Freedom’, ‘Undoing Guilt and Shame’, ‘Ending the War with Yourself’ and ‘Embracing all of Me’…. In all weekends the opportunity is to bring your mind to inquiry and to discover who you are without your story.

Byron Bay Live-in Residential Retreats

Rosie offers two 5 day residential retreats each year here in Byron Bay at beautiful Sangsurya. The retreat is titled ‘Return to Innocence.’ These retreats are an opportunity to set in motion a pattern for your continuing undoing through the inquiry. They are designed to allow you to remove yourself fully from your daily routine and immerse yourself in such a way that you can take The Work back into your ‘normal’ life.   These immersions into the inquiry are intimate and deep. No two are alike and yet, they are all the same (it’s all an unraveling of identification with and belief in the mind).

We come together in community to live together and support each other in this work.  It’s a full on immersion from morning til night.  There is opportunity for 1-1  work with Rosie as facilitator in the presence of the others and also for dyads, and triads where you gain experience as both facilitator and client. The program is fluid and moves with the participants and whatever is arising in the moment.  Exercises are chosen in response to the group.  The potency of coming together to discover truth, and the witnessing that occurs, takes us to places within ourselves that have often been abandoned for years… and with the beauty of the inquiry we can ‘heal’ the misunderstanding that we called the ‘wound’ and discover our true innocence.

Over the years Rosie’s practice of The Work has given her a deeper understanding of the relationship of mind, body and the complexities that keep us separate from ourselves. Through her sharing of this understanding and a gentle invitation to experience directly you can open yourself to a deepening in The Work as it is embodied. The invitation is to come share in this experience and opening to your own wisdom.

These retreats are open to those new as well as those ‘experienced’ — the invitation is to bring freedom and openness to oneself in deeper and deeper ways… to embrace all aspects of this experiences called ‘human’.
